Project Description:
This project intends to provide road users with an all-weather dust free driving surface on Range Road 12, south of Highway 13, extending approximately 800m to the Lakedell Hall. The project involves stabilizing the subgrade with a portland cement and sealing the road surface with a double aggregate seal coat.
