County Council has approved a payment agreement option for non-residential property owners experiencing financial hardship.
Under this approved initiative, non-residential property owners may enter into a payment agreement with the County, provided all outstanding taxes are paid in full by July 31, 2026. As part of this agreement, penalties scheduled for September 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026, will be waived for accounts that remain in full compliance with the terms of the agreement.
This option is intended to support business and industry stakeholders who may be facing temporary financial challenges, while still ensuring tax accounts are brought up to date in a reasonable timeframe.
