Fire Permits are required March 1st to October 31st
Fire Season begins March 1st which means Fire Permits are required for anything other than a campfire or burning barrel.
Contact a Fire Guardian in your division to get your Fire Permit before your burn. Or check out our Online Fire Permitting system.
Permits for the Forest Protection area can be obtained from Alberta Agriculture & Forestry at 403-845-8250 or online.
