NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10 has submitted an application to amend its Land Use Bylaw by rezoning part of the following lands, as shown on accompanying map:
- 2.87 acres from Institutional (IS) to Agricultural (AG) and;
- 3.09 acres from Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural (AG)
The intent of these rezonings is to incorporate the lots into the parent parcel.
The Agricultural (AG) District can be viewed in the Land Use Bylaw.
Before proceeding further with the proposal, Council will hold a Public Hearing at which any person claiming to be affected by the proposed rezoning may ask questions or make their views known, via written submission, email or attending in person. As per the Municipal Government Act, any person affected has the right to petition this proposal.
The Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the County Administration Office, located 2.4 kilometres west of Wetaskiwin on Highway 13, at 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
