The County of Wetaskiwin is experiencing flooding conditions in the Pigeon Lake area and in the Hamlets of Mulhurst and the Village at Pigeon Lake. As a result of the storm, the NEPL and Mulhurst sewer systems are overwhelmed with stormwater. Public Works and Utility crews are responding and are taking efforts to manage and mitigate these difficult conditions.
