The County is preparing to undertake upgrades to Range Road 11 (Black Bull Rd) from Highway 13 south to the Dorchester Ranch RV resort (approximately 6 km). The work is scheduled for the construction season of 2022 (May to October). The objective of the project is to upgrade the road to a high-quality pavement standard which will improve overall performance and level of service to the local residents. The work will include excavation and removal of poor subgrade material, improvements to vertical alignment, drainage improvements, granular base course, and paving.
