Work is beginning on 0.74 km of 5th Avenue in Winfield from 2nd Street to Highway 20. Work includes grade and base of 5th Avenue from 2nd Street to Hwy 20 (0.74 km); and drainage works and pavement upgrades to two back lanes supporting business bordering Main Street.
The County is endeavoring to safely maintain local traffic access on this road during the project. Please be patient during the upgrades. Reduced speeds will be enforced.
