Between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM on July 10, 2025, to July 11, 2025, landline phone service in Alder Flats will be interrupted for approximately TEN (10) minutes to all residential and business telephones beginning with an area code of 780 and local exchange #388. This interruption will allow TELUS to upgrade telecom equipment.
Dialing 911 from a TELUS Mobility cellular will still be available; however, dialing 911 from a landline will be unavailable.
Every effort will be made to minimize this service interruption.
