The County of Wetaskiwin's FCSS has partnered with Leduc County's FCSS to offer "Understanding and Healing the Roots of Anxiety".
The free virtual support group will:
- Explore the roots of anxiety.
- Discover how alarm relates to all other emotions.
- Understand how anxiety relates to relationships.
- Gain practical strategies.
- Build an online community of individuals experiencing similar challenges, and emerge with a clearer direction for moving forwards.
