At Strategic Planning County Council directed Administration to analyse water and sewer charges to determine what value is needed for monthly rate to make the systems full user pay including capital costs. This analysis will help Council evaluate it’s strategy 5.1.10.13 to increase utility rates by 4% or CPI, whichever is higher for all water and sewer systems. For 2021, all water and sewer rates will be increasing by 4% effective January 1, 2021.
