Assessment: Rotational Inspection Areas

Assessment - Rotational Inspections

The County of Wetaskiwin No. 10 re-inspects all properties on a five-year cycle based on best practice requirements as set out by Alberta Municipal Affairs Assessment Services Branch.

Shown on the map is the respective area for 2025. Additionally, a request for information survey was sent in the mail on October 16, 2024, to confirm/update property assessment data. This information is necessary to maintain an accurate assessment value on your property and will be collected for assessment purposes only. Properties that do not submit a survey, may require a physical inspection conducted by an Assessor.

Annual inspections (reviewing new and progressive construction) are also being completed throughout the County. The County requests your co-operation in assisting the assessors with any information necessary to complete the assessments or re-assessments in your area. County staff will always carry identification which may be asked for. Should you have any questions please contact Rene Boutin, Director of Assessment.
