Road bans are established by an Order of Council, and revised from time to time because of construction, maintenance or seasonal conditions such as the spring thaw.

Agricultural Commodities


Agricultural commodities are allowed 75% legal axle weights on a 50% ban and 90% legal axle weights on a 75% ban year round, without requiring a permit as per the Road Protection By-Law 2014/21, Section 6.


Road Permits

As of 2006 RoaData Services Ltd. has assisted County of Wetaskiwin with road permits. Approval fees range in price and will be charged for each permit issued.
