THIS IS A REMINDER FOR CAVALLO RESIDENTS TO EMAIL IN YOUR DISCONNECT REQUESTS PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 26, 2023.
In accordance with the Fees and Charges Bylaw, property owners in Cavallo Ridge can only connect and disconnect their water service between May 1st to September 30th. Owners will not be allowed to connect or disconnect during the non-seasonal period of October 1st to April 30th as this is necessary to protect the curb stop – drain down systems.
Should an owner want to have water prior to May 1st or after September 30th, they have an alternative option to keep their water connected year-round and pay the water operating rate.
To connect or disconnect their water service, owners are required to submit a request in writing via email a minimum of four business days prior to the desired service date. All connect or disconnects occur during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
