FCSS is a Municipal/Provincial cost shared program.  Family and Community Support Services mandate is to be of a preventive nature that enhances the social well-being of individuals and families through promotion or intervention strategies provided at the earliest opportunity.  Through FCSS, many services, and programs are made available.  These services are provided with the intention of promoting and enhancing safe family and community life.  FCSS helps the community help itself.  Services and programs are varied, depending on the need.
